In-house Service Engineer European Business Centre

A vacancy has arisen for a Service Engineer to provide in house service and repair for Servomex products and assist with systems testing and build to a high standard in order to generate customer satisfaction and profitable service revenue.

Principle responsibilities are as follows:
· Servicing all Servomex products to customers' expectations
· Ensuring customer awareness of Servomex maintenance contracts and training capabilities
· Provide in-depth technical training to customers on Servomex products for maintenance and commissioning purposes
· Completing detailed repair, service and other required documentation
· Ensure clear communication using quality control system to share any customer complaints or problems
· Occasional travel when required
· Provide assistance with systems testing and build
· Support sales activities
· Ensure that Servomex eqyupment meets the reeevant H&S and and local safety requirements


You will have a technical degree or minimum diploma qualifications in electronics and proven experience in a similar role within an analytical/instrumentation environment. You will be competent in MS Office suite, Lotus Notes and SAP. You will be organised and tenacious in your problem-solving approach and self-motivated.
